New Administrative Hours
Douglas County Fire District No. 2’s administration will begin working four 10-hour days beginning the first week of March, 2022. The new work hours will be Monday-Thursday 7AM-5PM, closed on Fridays. The first day of this new schedule change will be Monday, February 28th, 2022.
2021 Fire Season Ends Wednesday, October 6th

The warming and drying conditions that are forecasted to return to the Umpqua Basin has prompted the Douglas Forest Protective Association to increase the fire danger to Moderate effective Tuesday, September 21st at 12:01AM.
