JOINT PROCUREMENT
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Agents are invited to respond to joint procurement for Central Douglas Fire & Rescue Authority, Douglas County Fire District No 2 and Winston Dillard Fire District Insurance Agent of Record RFP. Pursuant to Public Contracting Exemption E-18, Central Douglas Fire & Rescue Authority, Douglas County Fire District No 2 and Winston Dillard Fire District will receive sealed proposals until no later than 4:00 p.m., Monday, April 8, 2024. Complete proposals must be received by the Districts, addressed as follows by the closing date and time, or they will be rejected as non-responsive:

Proposals will be publicly opened immediately following this closing.
Contract terms, conditions and specification shall be available at the Authority Administrative Offices, at the above address from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday until closing. No proposals will be received or considered after this time. The Project Documents will be available at this location and are downloadable from the District website at https://dcfd.org/ Documents folder, from the date of this Notice until closing.
